Ashley Michele is the Project Manager at Featherstone. She is the glue that holds our team together and keeps us on track with professional and personal goals. Utilizing her skills, passion, and drive is reflected in that she is a serial entrepreneur;  founder of the eyewear company Alley and Eye (as featured on Alicia Keys’ face!), mother two two amazing children, deeply involved in Detroit’s art scene, and board member for various mission-driven entities that connect with topics of importance to her. Talk about an amazing motivator!

Ashley loves hard, both personally and professionally. She has plans to retire by 45. Her goal after retirement is to teach urban communities about holistic health and growing medicinal herbs on a farm of her own. Have we mentioned how inspired we are by her, daily?

Outside of work, she spends her time exploring with her kids at the DIA, trying new restaurants (she’s the pickiest foodie you will ever meet!), building her business, exploring creative ideas with friends, and meditating on Belle Isle.
